Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist for Technical Evaluation and Proposals to deliver robust, value-driven proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings.

You will partner with Sales, BD and subject matter experts, coordinating costing, timelines and strategic pricing across global sites to meet customer requirements and drive contract opportunities.

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and develop technical proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Development.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract.
• Determine pricing with Sales/BD to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals with strong development skills.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and processes.
• Meet commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals.
• Evaluate projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities.
