Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead technical evaluation and proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Product. You will collaborate with Sales, BD, and SMEs globally to translate customer needs into robust, high-value proposals.

You will manage the proposal lifecycle from RFI/RFP through contract signature, develop pricing strategies for profitability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Understanding of Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance/Product and related offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/Management to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales & Commercial Development on pricing and timelines.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure commitments meet customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
