Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals. This role collaborates across sites to generate technically fit, commercially valuable proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings, from budget estimates to binding contracts.

It partners with Sales & BD to finalize pricing and timelines. Responsibilities include evaluating RFPs, developing proposals, revising scope with SMEs,

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to work in a matrix-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technical understanding and proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics/Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings.
• Drive scope revisions with SMEs and manage from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with sales and business management for profitability.
• Incorporate contract terms and maintain proactive proposal pipeline management.
• Meet commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
