Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate robust, technically sound and commercially competitive proposals across Biologics and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings. You will collaborate with Sales, BD and SMEs across sites to deliver precise pricing, timelines and scope for clinical and commercial needs.

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing knowledge or experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational/time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-discipline with a focus on high-quality results; able to multi-task.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive with ability to prioritize in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Project/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and discuss needs with customers to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, and GMP manufacturing.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract.
• Determine pricing with Sales/Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms alongside proposal development excellence.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
