Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate technically robust and commercially compelling proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings.

You will collaborate with Sales, BD, and SMEs across sites to ensure high-quality, cost-competitive proposals that meet customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Self-discipline with a focus on high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to define technical needs and proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to revise scope and drive from proposal to contract.
• Determine program pricing with Sales and Commercial Development for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and manage the development process.
