Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive technical assessments and binding proposals across biologics and drug product offerings. You will partner with Sales & BD and collaborate with SMEs globally to craft competitive pricing and timelines using costing tools for high-value customer programs.

Qualifications

• Fundamental Biologics or sterile drug product knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a matrix-team environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss needs to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/Business Management for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms with strong proposal development.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Deliver commitments to meet customer expectations for proposals.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities.
