Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to drive technical assessments and robust proposals across Biologics and Drug Substance/Product offerings. You will collaborate with SMEs across sites worldwide, ensuring pricing accuracy and compelling value propositions for Pharma & Biotech customers.

The role supports pre-proposal activities with Sales & BD, and manages scope changes from concept to binding contracts,

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics or sterile drug product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Self-discipline with high-quality output and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and MS Project helpful).
• Travel up to 10% and ability to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs with customers to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Development services.
• Support scope revisions with SME teams and drive from proposal to contract.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Development on pricing for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and develop robust proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure timely development processes.
• Meet commitments and manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Assist with costing and pricing analyses in opportunity funnel.
