Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to lead technical fit assessments and robust proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings.

You will collaborate with Sales, BD, and SMEs across sites globally, using costing tools to generate approved program pricing and timelines, while ensuring high-quality customer-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• A fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined, demands high-quality results and able to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive and able to effectively prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours (flexible management).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective Customers to ensure technical understanding and develop a proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing (Drug Substance, Drug Product) for Biologics and Small Molecules.
• Support revising scope with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Management to determine program pricing for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and maintain strong proposal development skills.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Deliver on commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Conduct projects assigned by manager for tech eval and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
