Job summary

Resilience is a biotechnology manufacturing company transforming how medicines are made. We seek a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate technical and commercial proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product projects.

You will partner with Sales & BD, engage with SMEs across sites, and use costing tools to produce approved program pricing and timelines while maintaining high-quality proposals that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of Biologics and Drug Substance/Drug Product development lifecycles.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess technical requirements and develop proposals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs with customers to shape proposal strategy and approach.
• Prepare detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing offerings.
• Collaborate with SMEs to refine scope and drive proposal through to contract signature.
• Assist with pricing to ensure profitability and competitive positioning.
• Manage proposal pipeline and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cost analysis and pricing for opportunity funnel.
