Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company redefining how medicine is made. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals supports the Commercial Operations team by generating proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings, from budgets to binding contracts.

They collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across sites worldwide to ensure technical fit, robust proposals, and competitive pricing that meets customer expectations

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and drug development lifecycle.
• Experience writing technical proposals and scoping projects.
• Ability to assess costs and develop pricing for proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and translate needs into technical proposal approaches.
• Generate detailed proposals covering biologics, GMP manufacturing, and drug product scopes.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive proposal to contract.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals.
• Manage the proposal pipeline and process from start to finish.
• Deliver against commitments and manage customer expectations on proposals.
• Support costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
