Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support a rapidly growing organization.

The role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires strong MS Project proficiency to manage complex schedules and collaborate with stakeholders for successful program execution. The position emphasizes EVMS compliance, EAC analysis, risk management, and mentoring teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze program performance.
• Monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete (EAC) and present results to program teams.
• Mentor PMs and staff in program management tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Perform advanced analysis on EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
