Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work in the United States.

The candidate must be skilled in MS Project and experienced in managing complex schedules while partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. This position requires leadership in program planning, EVMS compliance, and strategic data analysis.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Serve as SME in program management tools and processes; mentor teams.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules data into program data.
• Perform advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
