Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our growing organization. The role is remote-friendly and requires expertise in MS Project and managing complex schedules with stakeholder collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and EAC.
• Mentor PM teams in planning, scheduling tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and present to senior leadership.
• Coordinate timely program deliverables and interface with IPT leads across locations.
• Develop detailed IMP and IMS for proposals and ensure horizontal/vertical integration.
• Lead process improvements and automation for program performance management.
