Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires mastery of MS Project to manage complex schedules and drive program execution.

You will lead the development of program cost/schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present reviews to senior leadership. The position mentors teams, integrates subcontractor data, and ensures EVMS compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters; analyze performance; monitor EAC and present to senior leadership.
• Mentor program teams in scheduling best practices and EVMS concepts.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules data into program data; manage critical path analyses and risk.
• Develop IMP/IMS and ensure integration of cost and schedule data across locations.
