Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned Program Manager III to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs within the Technology Excellence & Resilience organization. You’ll drive delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies, and align initiatives with enterprise strategy while leveraging AI-powered tooling to automate reporting and decision processes.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days on-site at one of the posted locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs across large organizations.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum experience with process improvements.
• Hands-on AI development experience with agentic AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional engineering programs spanning TER and multiple teams.
• Build AI-powered dashboards, prompts, and workflows to automate documentation and reporting.
• Partner with managers and engineers to surface risks, unblock blockers, and drive milestones.
