Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs within the Technology Excellence & Resilience organization.

You will partner with engineering managers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives that stabilize and optimize infrastructure, cloud operations, and platform tooling. The role emphasizes hands-on program leadership, AI-powered process improvements, and building scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder Status
• 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs across large, matrixed orgs
• Ability to influence without authority and manage dependencies across teams
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Expert-level Jira proficiency (complex workflows, dashboards) and Agile/Scrum experience
• Hands-on AI development experience with Claude/ Copilot and AI tooling integration

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs end-to-end across TER and the broader organization
• Build AI-powered dashboards and automated reporting systems across Jira, GitLab, monitoring and infrastructure
• Surface risks and blockers early and drive critical issues to resolution with leadership
• Collaborate with engineering managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams globally
• Coach teams on program management frameworks and drive continuous process improvements
