Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex cross-functional engineering programs across large organizations.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.
• Strong Jira proficiency with dashboards, automations, and complex workflows.
• Hands-on AI development experience: Claude tools, prompts, and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex engineering programs end-to-end across TER and the broader organization.
• Coordinate with engineering managers, tech leads, and cross-functional teams globally.
• Surface risks early and drive programs to resolution with quality and urgency.
• Build AI-powered solutions to automate routine work and surface insights.
