Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Technology Excellence & Resilience (TER) organization. You will own complex, cross-functional programs, partnering with engineering leaders to drive delivery with quality, urgency, and measurable outcomes.

You will build AI-powered workflows and dashboards, surface risks, and drive automation to scale program management across CrowdStrike's global teams. This role is hybrid, on-site 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 12+ years driving complex engineering programs in fast-moving environments.
• Executive-level influence with VPs and senior engineering leaders.
• Autonomy in ambiguity with fast, decisive action.
• Ownership of org-level planning, roadmap ownership, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to improve how organizations work and scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning and staff allocation across teams.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders to unblock issues and surface executive updates.
• Build AI-powered workflows, dashboards, and automated reporting for portfolio visibility.
• Drive AI adoption via reusable agents and workflows across teams.
