Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Technology Excellence & Resilience (TER) group.

You will own and drive large, cross-functional engineering programs across multiple teams, aligning priorities to CrowdStrike’s strategic imperatives and surfacing risks early with clear accountability. You will also build AI-powered workflows and dashboards, integrate AI agents across Jira, GitLab, and monitoring systems, and mentor a team of program managers to raise the bar

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship or Green Card holder status.
• 12+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional engineering programs in fast-moving environments.
• Executive-level influence and trusted relationships with VPs and senior leaders.
• Ability to operate as the most senior program voice in the room with autonomy.
• Experience running quarterly and annual planning for an engineering org.
• Experience driving AI tooling adoption and automation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end from concept through delivery.
• Drive roadmap alignment across TER and partner engineering organizations.
• Lead TER's quarterly and annual strategic planning and governance.
• Unblock blockers by collaborating with engineers and delivering executive updates.
• Anticipate dependencies and risks and drive mitigation with accountability.
• Mentor junior program managers and build scalable processes.
