Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Program Manager III to lead large-scale sensor platform and cloud engineering programs. You will manage 100+ engineers across geographies, while building AI-powered workflows to automate routine tasks and surface insights.

You will collaborate with platform and cloud teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate project status to stakeholders. This role is hybrid, with offices in Sunnyvale or Redmond and 2–3 days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proven track record owning programs/portfolios, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Strong organizational awareness and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical conversations and provide actionable summaries.
• Attention to detail with timely decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Excel at driving results while supporting technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineering, cloud engineering, and sensor core teams; provide executive updates on initiatives.
• Demonstrate fluency in architecture, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and platform engineering practices.
• Drive technical decision-making and resolve architectural challenges and dependencies.
• Create and drive delivery schedules for sensor platform initiatives with cross-team coordination.
• Communicate goals, deliverables, and dependencies to global business units and stakeholders.
• Track status and ensure schedules for sensor releases, infrastructure scaling, and build improvements.
• Escalate critical infrastructure issues and manage cross-portfolio risks.
• Coach distributed teams on frameworks and drive executable outcomes across the organization.
• Develop AI-powered dashboards and workflows to automate routine tasks.
