Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs in the Technology Excellence & Resilience organization.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage dependencies across teams, and surface issues early while partnering with engineers, managers, and leaders globally. The role also focuses on AI tooling creation, building automated dashboards and AI-driven workflows to enhance decision-making, with hybrid work requiring 2–3 days

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: own and drive complex, cross-functional engineering programs end-to-end across TER and the broader organization; manage dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
• AI Tooling Creation: build AI-powered solutions, automated dashboards, and intelligent integrations to surface health and risks and automate documentation.
