You will align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive execution from concept to delivery while building AI‑powered workflows to automate routine work and surface insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years driving complex, cross‑functional engineering programs in fast‑moving environments.
• Proven ability to influence executives and broker alignment across senior leaders.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows and automation to improve program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross‑functional programs end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Drive roadmap alignment and cross‑org planning across TER and partner engineering teams.
• Lead quarterly/annual strategic planning and executive reporting.
