Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Engineering to lead large, cross‑functional infrastructure programs. You will drive cloud migrations, platform modernization, reliability improvements, and cost optimization while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires strong ownership, technical depth, and executive communication, with 2–3 days on‑site per week. Prior experience with AI‑enabled decision support is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program/project management in large‑scale infra or cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform architectures.
• Proven track record leading multi‑team programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of large infra initiatives with Engineering, SRE, and PM teams.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, milestones and outcomes.
• Create and drive schedules, manage dependencies, and track progress.
