CrowdStrike seeks a seasoned Program Manager III in the Technology Excellence & Resilience (TER) group to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs. You will drive delivery across teams, manage dependencies, and partner with engineering leaders to surface issues early and push for timely resolutions.

In addition, you will build AI-powered tooling to automate dashboards, insights, and data extraction, enabling better decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional engineering programs across large orgs.
• Proven ability to influence, align stakeholders, and connect work to strategy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive action.
• Expert Jira proficiency with dashboards, automations, and queries.
• Hands-on AI development: Claude, Copilot, AI workflows, prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, cross-functional programs across TER and beyond.
• Deliver milestones, manage dependencies, and surface risks early.
• Coach teams on program management frameworks and operational improvements.
• Build AI-powered tooling to surface health, risks, and insights.
