CrowdStrike is seeking a Program Manager III for the Technology Excellence & Resilience organization. You will own cross-functional engineering programs, align delivery with business goals, and partner with engineering managers and cross-functional teams globally.

The role emphasizes AI-powered solutions to automate routine work and surface insights. Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days on-site per week, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud operations, and site reliability engineering at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs across large, matrixed organizations.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum experience with process improvements.
• Hands-on AI development experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-functional engineering programs end-to-end, scoping requirements, building delivery schedules, and tracking health and blockers.
• Build AI-powered solutions: dashboards, automated reporting, and AI workflows that surface risks and dependencies.
