Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent verification and validation activities for complex technology programs. You will provide objective assessments, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders, serving as an engagement lead and senior analyst.

You will oversee governance, project management, and program oversight while guiding teams and coordinating client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior level contributor or project manager.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure utilization goals.
• Act as central point of contact for project issues and communications.
• Manage client expectations and maintain resource availability.
• Lead IV&V engagements for technology implementation and modernization.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities (document reviews, interviews, workshops).
• Assess governance, management, risk, schedule, readiness, vendor performance, and progress.
• Develop findings, recommendations, and executive briefings for clients.
