Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight and assessment activities for complex technology implementation and modernization programs. You will provide objective evaluations, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reporting to clients and project stakeholders, serving as both engagement lead and senior analyst.

You will manage governance, project controls, risk management, and delivery performance while coordinating team activities and client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• 2+ years of IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance or audit/oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V engagements supporting technology implementation and modernization programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities (document reviews, interviews, workshops).
• Assess governance, management practices, risks, schedules, and progress.
• Develop findings, recommendations, and executive deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business development.
