Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent verification and validation engagements for complex technology initiatives. You will assess governance, project controls, risk management, and delivery effectiveness while coordinating client communications and project teams.

The role combines project management with IV&V responsibilities, reporting findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or independent assessment activities.
• Experience evaluating governance, management practices, risks, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior contributor or project manager on projects.
• Manage resource allocation within the unit and coordinate with senior management.
• Be the main interface for project-related issues and client expectations.
• Maintain availability information for all resources and facilitate design discussions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and include costs in forecasts.
