Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight and assessment activities for complex technology programs. The role combines project management with IV&V responsibilities to evaluate governance, controls, risk, and delivery performance.

The successful candidate will provide objective assessments, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders, while coordinating team activities and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience leading technology implementation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent verification and validation engagements for technology implementation and modernization.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities including interviews and reviews.
• Assess governance, PM practices, risks, schedules, and readiness.
• Develop findings, executive briefings, and client-facing reports.
• Mentor junior analysts and support business development when opportunities arise.
