Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent assessments of large technology implementation and modernization programs. You will blend project management with IV&V to evaluate governance, controls, risk, schedule, and delivery quality, delivering actionable recommendations and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years leading technology implementation, modernization, or digital transformation.
2+ years IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance or independent assessments.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, project management, and oversight assessments for complex technology programs.
Coordinate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and reviews to support findings.
Develop executive briefings, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
Mentor junior analysts and support business development activities.
Ensure compliance with standards and timely quarterly forecasts.
