Maximus is seeking a senior IV&V Project Manager to oversee governance and oversight of complex technology programs. You will perform independent verification and validation, provide objective assessments, and deliver executive-level reporting to clients and project stakeholders.

The role blends project management with IV&V responsibilities, coordinating team activities and client communications while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Remote with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or independent assessments.
• Experience evaluating governance, management practices, risks, schedules, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V engagements supporting tech implementation and modernization efforts.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities including reviews and interviews.
• Assess governance, management effectiveness, risks, and delivery performance.
• Analyze artifacts, metrics, and processes to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop findings, executive briefings, and client-facing deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and support business development opportunities.
