Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions for Ryder employees.

The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, building customer-focused training strategies, and delivering engaging content using Storyline and Articulate 360 Suite. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in design and development, 5+ years in Education or business environments, and proven project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent work experience in designing and developing e-learning.
• Five+ years in education or business environment.
• Three+ years in assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic learning solutions and tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define objectives and strategies.
• Create proposals and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Identify innovative ideas to improve training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Stay current with trends in learning methods and best practices.
