Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions for Ryder employees.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, build instructional objectives, create content and assessments, and implement innovative learning strategies to drive performance. A strong background in adult learning and tools like Articulate 360/Storyline is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education or related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environments designing learning solutions.
• 3+ years designing and developing e-learning and ILT materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Select instructional strategies and tools to meet outcomes; present ideas to stakeholders.
• Stay current on learning trends and apply best practices in adult learning.
