Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions that advance Ryder's workforce capabilities.

The role focuses on collaborating with subject matter experts to create sound objectives, content, and evaluation strategies while leveraging authoring tools and best practices in adult learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, instructional design technology or related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environment designing and developing e-learning and training materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline is required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment with goals.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Stay current on trends in learning methods and best practices.
