Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design technology, or related area.
• Five+ years experience in designing and developing e-learning or training materials.
• Three+ years assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Storyline and other authoring tools.
• Experience working with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligned with goals and competencies.
• Consults with subject matter experts to develop sound objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals and implements best practices in instructional technology.
• Ensures solutions match objectives, communicates innovative ideas, and fosters partnerships.
• Stays current with emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning.
