Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Instructional Designer II for a remote role. You will design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance-support training solutions to enhance Ryder employees' capabilities.

Collaborate with SMEs to build objectives, content, and learning strategies, and implement innovative adult-learning practices. Proficiency with Storyline and Articulate 360 is required, along with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in designing/developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance-support training.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite; Storyline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content and testing.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives and strategies.
• Stays current with trends in learning and applies best practices in adult learning.
