Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to develop dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended and performance support training for Ryder employees.

You will consult with subject matter experts and business owners to create objectives, content and evaluation strategies aligned with Ryder goals. The role requires advanced knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles and tools such as Storyline and Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive e-learning design experience.
• Five years or more in education or business environments.
• Three years or more in designing and implementing learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite is required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is advanced.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives and strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicate creative ideas for consensus.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in learning methods and best practices.
