Job summary

Engine is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to drive onboarding and implementation across high-value customers. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, AM, and Product, ensuring timely deployments and scalable processes as new customer volume grows.

You will mentor ICs, own end-to-end onboarding, and act as the senior customer-facing voice on deals, delivering results that matter in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, customer success, account management, or technical program management at a B2B SaaS, travel, or fintech platform.
• 1+ year leading a team or mentoring ICs.
• Experience owning onboarding and end-to-end implementation, translating customer requirements into rollout plans.
• Ability to drive adoption across a full product suite and be senior customer-facing voice on deals.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute implementation strategy for Engine's most important new customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to deliver a seamless experience from contract to first booking.
• Lead a team of Implementation Managers through live deployments and scalable processes.
• Provide senior implementation voice in customer meetings, deliver training, and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Management.
