Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex customer-facing implementations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Strong technical acumen across hardware, software, and integrations.
• Clear executive communication and risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and handoff.
• Translate requirements into an outcomes-based plan with milestones.
• Build relationships with customer leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and RAID log across multiple projects.
