Job summary

Engine is seeking a Senior Implementation professional to lead end-to-end corporate card program integrations for Engine X customers. You will own the deployment from contract through first transaction and adoption, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to prioritize product improvements and unblock deployments.

You will guide ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-platform integrations, balancing speed with rigor for mid-market and enterprise programs, and act as the senior technical voice on

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on implementation, solutions architecture, or TPM at corporate card, spend management, or B2B fintech company; includes 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience owning corporate card programs end-to-end—from signed contract to first transaction and steady-state adoption.
• Comfort being the senior technical voice on deals across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Engine X Implementation Strategy: craft and execute the implementation strategy for Engine X Card customers, ensuring activation and adoption.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate blockers into product priorities.
• Integration Workstream Leadership: lead ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-platform integration workstreams for Engine X.
• Senior Implementation Voice on Deals: serve as the senior implementation voice on complex Engine X sales cycles.
