Engine is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to steer high-impact customer rollouts and build scalable processes. You will lead a team through live deployments, coordinate with Sales, AM, and Product, and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Management.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, translate customer requirements into rollout plans for adoption across the full Engine product suite, and serve as the senior customer-facing voice on key deals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in implementation, customer success, account management, or technical program management in B2B SaaS/travel/fintech.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring ICs for 1+ year.

Responsabilidades

• Own implementation strategy for new customer rollouts, including high-value deals ($200K–$1M).
• Collaborate with Sales/AM to ensure smooth onboarding from contract to first booking; relay blockers to Product/Engineering.
