Job summary
A leading data and analytics company in Jacksonville seeks a Client Success Manager responsible for managing post-sale relationships with clients to drive product adoption and ensure renewals. You will act as a trusted advisor, conducting business outcome planning and liaising with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience and excellent communication and technical skills. This role is commission eligible.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in post-sale client management.
- Experience with high-touch enterprise and/or strategic accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure positive outcomes.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key decision makers.
