Job summary

DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex SaaS and RaaS deployments for global enterprise customers. You will drive successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes with strong governance, risk management, and executive communication across a matrixed organization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure on-time delivery, clear status updates, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering complex software deployments on time and within budget.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of customer implementation projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Establish governance structures, risk management, and escalation paths.
• Serve as primary contact for executive sponsors and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to align SaaS/RaaS with customer goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, CS, PS, and Support.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding to go-live.
