Ladders is seeking an Implementation Manager, Financial Services to lead onboarding and rollout for large enterprise clients, guiding implementations from pre-sale through the first 90 days post-purchase.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management. The role emphasizes analytics and scalable playbooks for better client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with financial services organizations, particularly investment banks and hedge funds.
• Familiarity with change management practices for tool adoption.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or Rocketlane, and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Interest in operational efficiency and scalable process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients from pre-sale to 90 days post-purchase.
• Lead regular status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track and analyze user engagement metrics, acting on insights with the account team.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape rollout plans and transition accounts to Account Managers post-90 days.
• Identify adoption trends and bottlenecks, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Document best practices and build scalable onboarding processes for future clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product and customer lifecycle.
