Job summary

Engine in Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Leader to drive rollout strategies for our most important customers and to lead a team of Implementation Managers. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product to ensure adoption across Engine's full product suite in the early months of deployment.

You will own onboarding end-to-end, translate customer requirements into tailored rollout plans, and serve as the senior customer-facing voice on deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in implementation, customer success, or technical program management at a B2B SaaS, travel, or fintech platform.
• 1+ year leading a team or mentoring ICs.
• Owned customer onboarding and end-to-end implementation for a full product suite.
• Comfortable being the senior customer-facing voice on a deal and facilitating handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy for new customer rollouts, including deals from $200K to $1M.
• Collaborate with Sales and AM to ensure a seamless contract-to-booking experience.
• Lead a team of Implementation Managers and scale processes for growing volume.
• Serve as the senior implementation voice in key customer meetings and training.
