Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver customized HR services, advise on legal compliance, and mentor HRBPs across multiple states. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.

You will collaborate with client teams, drive strategic HR initiatives, and travel for onsite visits and remote meetings to achieve KPIs and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• At least five years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications.
• Experience with various HRIS systems and payroll platforms preferred.
• PRISM and PEO experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized HR services to clients with emphasis on compliance and strategic HR needs.
• Advise on federal, state, and local employment laws and ensure policy alignment.
• Mentor HRBPs and associate HRBPs and support client relations.
• Collaborate with client teams to meet KPIs, service levels, and profitability.
• Travel for onsite visits and remote meetings to service clients.
