Zusammenfassung

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Global HR Specialist, US to deliver customized HR services and ensure compliance for client organizations. You will consult on federal/state requirements and manage HR deliverables across multi-state environments.

Responsibilities include developing handbooks, job descriptions, performance systems, and compensation plans while mentoring other HRBPs. Travel to client sites will be required to achieve KPIs and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications.
• Experience with various HRIS systems and payroll platforms preferred.
• PRISM, EOR or PEO experience preferred.
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on federal and state compliance requirements.
• Complete HR service functions for clients and ensure policies are compliant.
• Develop and maintain HR deliverables such as handbooks, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems.
• Assist with compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and onboarding processes.
• Identify regulatory concerns and promote client relationships and HR best practices.
• Mentor HR Business Partners and provide guidance on complex HR matters.
• Travel to client sites for onsite visits and remote meetings to meet KPIs.
