Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions, ensure employment law compliance, and support client relationships. The role emphasizes proactive consultation, collaboration with internal teams, and knowledge of state and federal regulations.

On-site work is required for secure access and client collaborations. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong English and Spanish language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience required.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive- and Elite-tier HR-centric clients with emphasis on HR compliance.
• Provide guidance on multi-state employment and payroll regulations.
• Develop and recommend HR tools (handbooks, job descriptions, compensation, PTO, performance systems).
• Investigate employee relations issues and provide timely, well-documented guidance.
• Document client interactions in HRIS and monitor service delivery and SLAs.
