Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions that drive client success, retention, and growth. The role emphasizes compliance, investigations, and proactive consultation to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will advise on employment issues, develop HR tools, and support ongoing relationships while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of employment laws and best practices. This is an on‑site role with domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and payroll platforms preferred.
• PRISM and PEO experience considered a plus.
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and elite HR clients with emphasis on HR compliance.
• Build understanding of client business models and workforce practices.
• Provide guidance across industries on state and federal employment and payroll regulations.
