Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and client HR teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations and policies.
• Develop HR tools such as handbooks, job descriptions, comp and PTO plans.
• Manage client expectations and monitor SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Document interactions in HRIS and support process improvements.
